Mike came out to service our AC and did a great job! He was very kind and efficient! He changed the part that needed changed and made sure all was working well! We had this unit installed with them initially a few years back and they have been amazing every time we’ve had the unit serviced! Highly recommended!

Great first impression! Called and received a same day appointment with a courtesy call 30 mins prior to arrival. Our technician Alvi was fantastic! Extremely friendly and professional. He resolved our issue in an hour and we are extremely satisfied. Not to mention fair pricing which is hard to find these days. Thank you!

I am so happy with this company. First of all I was very distraught to wake and find water dripping from my ceiling. Affordable was pleasant from the beginning, empathetic with my situation, got someone right out to me. I was a little unsure about the service charge to come out and give and estimate but now realize it’s because their prices are very realistic, and it was fixed during the same visit. Jake the service tech was perfectly professional. Friendly, knowledgeable, polite and thorough. I won’t be using any other company for my plumbing needs! Tyler was the fifth HVAC specialist to come out and look at our system. I think he’s gonna make a change that’s gonna fix it perfectly. I am so hopeful. Additionally, he took a look at a condo we owned and did a thorough inspection. He made a reasonable suggestion of what should be done. He is very personable and easy to talk to.

It was time to have my old duct work replaced, upgraded, plumbing work and insulation placed in my older home – it came down to choosing the right company for the job. In light of previous experiences with other HVAC companies that proved to be unethical, unprofessional and, frankly, over-priced - this task came with considerable apprehension on my part. To help make my decision, I completed research on the internet, read company reviews, called their office(s) as well as read BBB ratings, etc. Should you be looking for an HVAC/Plumbing company, I am writing this review to you. While a company can have talented tradesmen in the field, I have found the person answering the company’s telephones frequently reflects the heart of their company. Once you begin reading numerous reviews (good or bad) on social media and BBB ratings, you begin to pick up on a company’s performance from previous customer experiences. I chose four companies to evaluate this project. Each company gave their opinion on the scope of work and their proposal. One of these companies shined above all others and that was Affordable Air and Plumbing – and I am delighted to tell you why. If you call their office more than likely you will speak to the lovely and talented, Sue, who is empathetic, full of information and ultra efficient! Understanding my apprehension, Sue set my appointment with Daniel (manager) and John (sales) who brought insight, suggestions and considerations in order to optimize my HVAC system and comfort in the home. They were very patient with me. On install day, I met with Nick and Jorge who tore out and replaced the old duct work. Diligent and hard working but yet kept a pleasant disposition – something I doubt I could do given this very messy job. However, once work was complete, Affordable Air and Plumbing left this job site clean! For the plumbing aspect, I was blessed to have benefited from Kyle and Brandon’s expertise who were obviously quite knowledgeable in this field. It appeared they were “The Team” for plumbing problems! After careful evaluation, these two gentlemen gave options insofar as how to best approach this project. Their work was done, as described, and within the expected time. Once again, Affordable Air and Plumbing left this job site clean! After ductwork and plumbing completion, Nick and Jorge returned to blow insulation in the attic. Arriving on time and completing within the time described, the insulation was done. Once again, Affordable Air and Plumbing left this job site clean! John and Tyler provided valuable oversight throughout. It was obvious this company approached their projects as a team and everyone knew their jobs very well. I believe this is one of the many reasons my job was so successful at completion. It has been a couple of months since completion of my project. I purposely chose to delay writing this review in case I encountered another HVAC nightmare post-project. I am delighted to share this experience and review with you. Since having made these changes, my home is much more comfortable and I have the peace of mind my plumbing has been upgraded. In my opinion, Affordable Air and Plumbing gave consistent 5 STAR service from the first call to their office to when their last truck left my home. JOB WELL DONE! Respectfully, Bonnie Eckman

Came out within 24 hours. Technician was polite, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Educated me about the problem with my air conditioner and did the repair in a timely manner. No one wants an issue with their air conditioner but I was definitely pleased with the outcome.

i am extremely pleased with Affordable Air and Plumbing. I had an older model air conditioning unit, and they made it run like new. Tyler, my technician, was awesome. He went above and beyond going on and off island in order to secure the correct parts. All of this was done on the SAME day. Sanibel bridge traffic can be brutal. No come back tomorrows, just I'll be backs. Now the AC is like a brand new unit. Tyler and I talked about options in depth, and I was able to make my path forward with complete confidence. AAP came through like a champ. I highly recommend them in case you are looking for fair, thorough and friendly treatment. A+
